GRADS SIGN DEFENSEMAN CALUM CHAU FROM SALISBURY SCHOOL

NAVAN, ON – The Navan Grads of the Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL) are proud to announce the signing of 2003 born defenseman Calum Chau from the Salisbury School Varsity Hockey Team of the New England Division I Conference.

Chau is a highly intelligent and mobile defender with great anticipation, poise and composure. A leader by example, Chau was named an Assistant Captain this past season for the Crimson Knights.

The Oakville, Ontario native was the recipient of the Roswell H. Rudd Hockey Award: Given by the parents of a 1973 graduate to honour Salisbury’s long-time coach, “Hop” Rudd. This award is presented to the most valuable member(s) of the hockey team.”

General Manager and Head Coach Marty Abrams said, “We are fortunate to have a player of Calum’s caliber join our program prior to the start of the season. He is a player we have had on our radar for some time and we expect him to be a key piece of our defense core.”

Join us in welcoming Calum and his family to Navan!
