Logan Bateman posted a shutout, stopping all 21 of the Navan Grads shots throughout the game. The Kanata Lasers took the lead late in the second on a goal from Luca Nocita.
During the second period, Nocita opened the scoring for Kanata with what turned out to be the game winning goal at 17:49 with helpers from teammates Beaudry and Poeze.
In the third, Stockdale netted a goal at 19:55 with an assist from his linemate Merrell.
This loss brings the Navan Grads’ record to (9-41-0-0).
