The Navan Grads earned a steady 3–1 victory over the Nepean Raiders on Sunday afternoon at the Navan Memorial Centre. Johnson opened the scoring midway through the first period with his first CCHL goal, giving the Grads the early lead. Nepean drew even early in the second on a power-play goal from Williamson, but Navan regained control when Knight converted on a man advantage to make it 2–1. The Raiders pushed hard in the third, outshooting Navan 17–7, but Flemming stood tall with 31 saves. Simons sealed the win with an empty-netter in the final minute. Brant stopped 32 shots in a strong effort for Nepean.
