Grads Head Scout Bill Kerr has been with the program since 2004. He has worked for two owners, several Coaches and General Managers. Bill has provided excellent evaluations on local players who are often the backbone of the roster.
When current Hockey Operations director Marty Abrams arrived 8 years ago, he asked Owner Steve Barban “what about our scouting staff” Steve’s response was simple ” we have the best scout in the league with Bill Kerr so we are all set there”. Boy was he right. Bill has announced his retirement after 30 plus years in hockey.
We thank him for years of dedication, hard work and support of the Navan Grads. We look forward to seeing Bill at some of our games in the future. Bill has had s significant impact on the organization and we wish him nothing but the best in his retirement.
