GRADS MAKE FIRST DEPOSIT AT CAPITAL STRENGTH

NAVAN, ON –  The strength and conditioning team led by Nick Haince at Capital Strength Training Systems worked side-by-side with approximately 40 returning players, prospects, new recruits and free agents today; the dedicated professionals put the Grads through a rigorous series of tests today on Day three of the Navan Grads Contact Camp.
